Age in Days Calculator
Enter birth year/month/day and optional as-of date to see age in days.
How many days old am I?
Age in days is the whole-day difference between a birth date and today (or any as-of date you enter). Approximate years use ÷365.25 and months ÷30.44 so you get a feel for longer spans without a civil-age Y/M/D breakdown. Leave as-of year at 0 to use today’s local date. Exact civil age in years/months/days can differ by a day around birthdays — this tool prioritises the day count. Related calendar offsets live in date plus days and date minus days.
Worked example
Birth 1990-06-15 to as-of 2026-09-22 → day count via date difference; years ≈ days/365.25.
Limits and assumptions
Whole days from calendar dates. Birth hour ignored. Approximations are not civil registration age.
Frequently asked questions
What is an as-of date?
The end date for the count — today by default, or any historical/future date you set with year > 0.
Why not exact years/months/days?
Civil age needs month-length rules; this page emphasises total days plus simple approximations.
Time zones?
Uses local calendar dates from the fields or the device clock for “today”.
Future birth dates?
If as-of is before birth, the result shows as unavailable rather than negative marketing copy.
